Leadership Giving SocietyThe Leadership Society recognizes those individuals or couples who contribute $1000 or more annually.

The Tocqueville SocietyThe Tocqueville Society recognizes the generosity of individuals and families contribut in gat the highest levels of personal giving with gifts of $10,000 or more annually. These caring philanthropists exemplify an outstanding commitment to improving livesin Hall County. The society is named for the French aristocrat Alexis de Tocqueville,who wrote admiringly of the American effort for the common good.
The Conrad Romberg Loyal Contributor SocietyAn innovative local businessman, Conrad Romberg, was instrumental in starting United Way. His company, City Ice, was the first to offer “payroll deduction” as a way foremployees to easily contribute on a regular basis.
In 2008, during the 60th anniversary celebration of United Way of Hall County, wehonored the legacy of Conrad Romberg, by creating THE CONRAD ROMBERG LOYAL CONTRIBUTOR SOCIETY. Mr. Romberg believed it was important that everyone have the opportunity to support United Way and that any gift size was important. The Loyal ContributorSociety recognizes long time financial support of United Way regardless of the gift size. Throughout our 60 year history, tens of thousands of people have contributedto United Way of Hall County. Every gift…from $1 per week to $100 per week and beyond... was crucial and important to the success of our organization in fulfilling its mission.To date, we have more than 900 self-identified members of the society.
Young Leaders SocietyThe Young Leaders Society was established in 2008 to encourage the next generation of leadership. These individuals and couplesin their 20's, 30's, and 40's contribute an annual gift of $500 or more to UnitedWay Hall County. Others who have made such a gift and have an interest in participating in Society activities are welcome.
